Welcome!

I’ve always been very passionate about health and wellness – you can’t have one without the other. I’m also very passionate about agriculture and supporting Canadian producers.  But first and foremost, I’m a foodie. I love to cook for my loved ones, coworkers, and even strangers whom I encounter through my volunteer work. Food is a great way to bring people together.

I have been living with depression and anxiety since I was a child. Cooking has been my outlet for years. In addition to my medications, cooking is what makes me happy and helps me cope with my mental illness.

I’m proud to be involved in the agriculture industry. This is my way of contributing to agriculture – by using Canadian staples in wholesome, nutritious dishes and treats.
